SHIPPING POLICY – GIGI’S CUSTOM CREATIONS

Thank you for shopping with Gigi’s Custom Creations! Because many of our products are personalized and made especially for you, please review our shipping information before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME

Personalized and custom-made items require time to create before they are shipped. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Larger, highly customized, or special orders may require additional processing time.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping is $8.00 for orders under $70.

Orders of $70 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.

Estimated delivery after your order has been completed and shipped is 3–5 business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping is available for $15.00.

Estimated delivery after the order has been completed and shipped is 1–2 business days.

Please note that choosing Express Shipping speeds up the shipping/transit portion of your order. It does not eliminate the processing time required to create personalized products.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once the order has shipped.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Gigi’s Custom Creations is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Gigi’s Custom Creations as soon as possible and provide photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. Contact us if additional assistance is needed.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Please carefully review all names, spelling, dates, photos, colors, sizes, and other personalization information before submitting your order. Production may begin shortly after an order is received.
