RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Gigi’s Custom Creations, each personalized item is made especially for you. Please carefully review all names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, photos, and other personalization details before submitting your order.

Personalized & Custom Items
Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or ordering the wrong size, color, or design.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item that differs from the personalization information you provided because of an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production or personalization has begun, the order cannot be canceled or changed.

Colors & Product Appearance
Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in displays, printing, sublimation, materials, and the handmade nature of customized products. Minor color variations are not considered defects.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Print-on-Demand Items
Products fulfilled by one of our production partners are also made to order. Returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selections are generally not accepted. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, please contact us so we can review the issue.
